We are licensed real estate brokers, in the states that we offer services, we offer a Flat Fee MLS Listing Service (also referred to as limited service, limited representation, or MLS Entry) that is proven to be efficient and effective for our customers.

We don’t charge a traditional 5-6 % commission as traditional brokers, hence our name says it all 2% Realty, Why Pay More?

We list the property for you and give you maximum exposure, thru your local MLS and other sites like (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Home Snap, etc.). You set the asking price, you schedule the showings online, negotiate offers online, we provide all contracts and coordinate the closing documents for you, you attend the closing and save thousands of dollars.

We have yet to find a service that puts this much cash directly into the seller’s pocket for such a low fee, when compared to a traditional real estate brokerage
